Service was very good, breakfast was OK, amenities like the bar being closed since covid is easing up should've been open, not like there would be a large crowd in there. Breakfast should be open longer than 9am due to folks like to sleep in on vacation, and where breakfast is offered, should be able to get some when they get up!!! More assorted quick breakfast, like muffins (only had blueberry both days we were there). Coffee in the room could be more plentiful, (only had 1 packet of regular coffee for 2 people for 2 days) 3 packets of decaf otherwise. All said and done, the beds were comfy and the ac worked quite well. Thanks for taking pets too! Enjoyed our stay and will come again.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was professional. The breakfast was a little sad. The room was very nice but it looked like they rushed to clean and missed a couple of things. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again.

We didn’t check in until 6pm and had already eaten dinner before we got here. I went up to the check in and was not greeted. No smile, no hello. I told her I was checking in and my name. She looked me up and didn’t say anything for a while. I asked her if she wanted my reservation number and she shook her head no and said she had found me. Not very friendly at all.
The room was alright but you are taking your life in your hands if you use the shower/bathroom. The bottom of the tub is very slick and they don’t have any rubber mat or anything to keep you from slipping. Very hazardous. And there were no towels so had to go down and get some. The pillows hardly had any stuffing at all.
The breakfast lady was very friendly but the breakfast was so so.

We read some sketchy reviews.. but the front staff and room were clean and the stay was perfect for our cruise overnight. Really cant say anything bad.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast but limited. Bathrooms soap so small. Water slow and thin. Tv remote control no cover. Dust on the telephone. Bathroom shower curtains stink

Room was fairly clean. Carpet felt dirty. Bathroom in lobby was nasty. Breakfast was good. Road side traffic loud.

We left without staying! After switching rooms because the first one stunk of urine and was filthy, the second was no better. There was also trash bins overflowing in the hall by the elevator and the floors had toilet paper pieces and random food particles and dirt throughout!! We are requesting a refund since we immediately left and went to another hotel.

The looked nice on first impression, then we found no coffee maker, a broken microwave, tje carpet unvacuumed and actually dirty. Debris at the edges of the carpet. Tile floor really diry, gave our socks black soles. Bathroom, dirty floor, debris, hair, tissue under the sink on the floor. Trash receptacle used cue tips, behind it. Floor spotted, door and frame splashed with who knows. Terrible quality towels.
Breakfast is a shame, specially paying $289.00.
Would not recommend, nor ever book a quality inn in the future.

Fire alarm went off several times, for two nights I couldn’t get good sleep. Breakfast was not served on time by 6AM.
