Our room was dirty and the staff was more worried about talking among themselves they didn’t pay attention to customer

We needed a hotel for the concert and this was a great place to stay. The check in was fast and easy and the staff was friendly.

Our room was clean and tidy. Check in was smooth and the lady at check in was super nice and friendly. Perfect place to spend the night after some Winstar action!

Paid a little over $300 for one night and the shower water wouldn’t get hot. Had to take a ice cold shower. When we checked out we told the lady at the front desk and she was very rude about it. We will not be staying at this hotel next time we go back.

Check in was quick and easy, staff friendly, and property was clean. Over $300 for our room for one night, which was a lot more than I ever expected to pay for a room at a Best Western. Definitely not a $300 a night hotel room, but options are limited in its location.

We were attending a concert at Winstar ****** and only needed a room for one night (and didn’t want to pay the high price for a room there!). This was perfect! So close and convenient and a great price. The hotel is very clean and the rooms nice and comfortable. The breakfast food was nice and very good coffee!

Gal at the desk when we checked in appeared to be annoyed when we arrived. Location to the ****** if you are attending a concert is perfect, but this place is dated! Throw pillows on the bed for sleeping are not a good idea. Place was clean, no issues there. Price was super high for what you got, not sure I'd stay here again.

Amazing. Clean. New building. Service was great, everyone was nice and helpful. The bed! OMG the pillows! Never wanted to get out of that bed. Outstanding property.
