I was there for 3 nights in April, It was an official visit and Hotel was featured with four stars into our official web link by Thomas Cook. Property is new but rooms are just basic nothing more than a typical Guest House (with a wooden almirah too). Façade is impressive but the moment you step in its below basic, reception was flooded with laundry on my arrival. I landed around 10:30 pm after long flight but to my surprise they don't have Room Service not even ala-carte at their restaurant, anyways that was also closed . fortunately there was a birthday party that day . I told them to serve whatever they have and food was served in disposable Plastic Thali without cutlery on request cutlery came but after 2-3 calls and nearly 15 minutes . next was even more horrible there was no electricity for almost 25 minutes, This time I had ordered food via Zomato and next day my Dinner was outside only. Breakfast was just OK with 2-3 selected options and basic tea/ coffee / milk . I checked out next day around 10:00 am and idea was to take breakfast and then checkout. checkout was smooth but breakfast was finished as they close breakfast by around 9:30 - 10:00 . Just would like to mention that Food was OK but entire service and experience was nothing better than a typical old school Dharamshala. All and all property is not even half of what was charged and that too under corporate booking
