Atrium Hotel Thassos

The very friendly staff I’ve ever met !!! Special thanks to Teo & Fotini at the reception. We had to a day more due the weather conditions and their reaction was quicker than my thoughts. Without causing any discomfort to me and my partner they just extended my stay with one more day at a better price I booked it online. During our stay I’ve never ever seen anyone of the without a smile on their faces. Even the weather, even the long shifts they have and even a freakish customers. Also I have to mention the manager of the hotel Mrs. Peny Klofa who were talking to me from the very first moment as we’re friends and it’s not the first time we’ve met. I liked that a lot. Thanks to all of you guys!!! Will definitely see you next year!!! My best holiday ever ❗️

İt is a nice hotel but far from the ferry port.it has a own beach and it is advantage.Nice pool and friendly staff.Room was clean and the bed quality was good.Be careful with mosquitos.Overall nice stay at the property.Breakfast was good full of variety.

On the outside the hotel looked adequate. Rooms basic but comfortable. Family of 4 in a family suite with 2 small bottles of shampoo wasnt adequate. I had to visit reception every day to beg for extras. Tried calling them from the room but nobody picked up. Apparently the phones haven’t worked for years. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Bath wasn’t useable as it was dirty. Shower head broken and reported twice but no action taken. Beds not adequately cleaned and full of sand so we had to dust them ourselves every night. Tried to speak to manager but they are only at the hotel a couple of hours a day as on outside business most of the day! Breakfast was basic. Promised parking didn’t materialise and we ended up parking on the beach! Hi Aircon worked perfectly thank goodness considering the august heat!

We had a small stay , only 2 nights but we wish we could stay longer. The stuff was friendly and very nice, food ( we had breakfast) was full of everything with buffet , very nice beach and Exellent service . We will visit you soon again .

Rate they have does not reflect the level of service. They are much higher. Can't understand who was so angry to give small rate and bad reviews for them. Any problem is solved instantly, personel have smile on their faces all the time, food is various and tasty. Hotel have many sunbeds, beach bar, this a place where u need to be.

Outside, the hotel had ok looks, and the first feeling of the room was ok. The beds were good, air-conditioning worked, and we had an excellent sunset view as promised. The equipment in the room was poor. No water boiler, glasses, or cups, not to mention coffee maker. We might have tolerated low food and service quality, lost beach towel promise, and angry neighbours (sparked for the very same reasons + poor building standards that passed noise quite freely) but not being able to shower or use the toilets intermittently in the rooms is something we couldn’t accept. Don’t lie about why things don’t work; if you can’t afford to fix the issues, it might be better to close/sell the hotel. At least telling your guests honestly about the well-known problems when booking, arriving, and staying has u**ost importance. None of the issues was fixed or intended to be set, so we had to relocate to another hotel, the first time in my life. I tried to list a few things that should be considered constructive feedback (in no specific order): -Don’t keep 5-star ratings on the walls if you don’t live up to expectations. It’s setting completely wrong expectations. Don't try to affect ratings online by asking clients not to rate you through bribery. -Don’t accept credit cards for reservations that you don’t take payments with -Have enough drinking glasses at breakfast. I calculated less than 20 visible during the whole breakfast. -Mark what you are serving. It’s a little effort to let your customers know what they eat, and maybe even listing the allergens would not be a significant effort, really. -Have someone to guide people to the tables and keep them catered properly. -if you don’t have time to bring cutlery to the tables, have at least them readily available somewhere visible. -Ask what people would like to have for drinks in less than ten minutes from seating. -Test drive the food you are serving with someone professional

We had booked and confirmed the Atrium Hotel Thassos as from the 12th of September till the 22th being a small and family feeling hotel. The hotel informed us 5 days before arrival that the hotel was closing at the 19th. They would move us as from the 19th to another hotel on Thassos. There was no time to cancel or switch to a hotel our choosing. The other hotel was much bigger like a factory and located in the middle of nowhere Ilio Mare Hotel. We needed to rent a car to go and look for the more nicer beaches and sites. A email with our complaint was never answered. The Ilio Mare Hotel tried to do there best but had no other options. Very bad service !!!
