Nice location very near to train station, close to habour ,along them🚎 way is shopping street ,easy to get grocery & food

Great location and great staff
Rooftop bar and terrace great when the weather is good - just a pity it closes at 10.30pm
Rooms cleaned regularly as was the kitchen and lots of the staffing systems are working well
Would be nice to have shower gel in the showers though as many people were buying big bottles and leaving them behind during my week long stay.
Food service was generally good and prices reasonable
Could do with a few more big plates for those cooking their own food and perhaps have themed nights like pizza night where guests pay set fee and get to tuck in this encouraging more interaction
Otherwise very enjoyable stay

As I need to attend a course in the city so I book again. This time 6people in a room but this was very comfortable and there was private bathroom. I really like the view of opera house where you can see from the rooftop. It is also near the Rocks with a lot of bars. Highly recommend to tourists!
