Great location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed
Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks)
Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds
Highly recommended and at a great rate
We looking forward staying here again

Every thing about the hotel was great except our experience with breakfast. We were told fhat that a large group had just left and that the kitchen was now "busy" that the pnly thing available to us was the "cold continental breakfast" that would have been fine except that the items had not been replentished after the large group had left and that because the kitchen was "busy" there would be no replentishment even though there was an hour and a half left on the breakfast schedule.With the minimal selection of items we, and others, were charged the full breakfast . Such a disappoin**ent for an otherwise lovely llace.

The hotel was in a pretty good location. It did take us awhile to find a coffee shop the first morning. The dining room was good and the entire staff was excellent. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough parking spots available. That being said, we didn't pay for parking!

It was seamless from check in with warm friendly staff and lovely rooms. I would very much recommend this as a lovely place to stay

Everything thing was excellent except they moved our room midday while we were out and about— even though we had told them we had booked the nights separately but expected to to stay in the same room, per instructions from the second booking company.

Clean, good location, and friendly staff. Room wasn’t set up for three, yet the foldaway was placed in our room (which blocked access to the outside sliding doors). I feel the website should be updated to show the river is mud filled, which would have stopped us from paying extra money for a river view.

The staff were very helpful and lovely but it’s only downfall are the walls were paper thin I had to listen to my neighbours get freaky next door all night and morning. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Which made my stay not so enjoyable.

A great location, clean, quiet and unique rooms. It's close to good food, has a good restaurant, close to buses and public transport and had just the right amount of funky/chic - really had a good couple days there!
