The hotel appears to be an old establishment but is still well-maintained. They have the cutest lift in the world, which can only accommodate two people at a time. The staff and atmosphere are excellent. I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The location is perfect, situated right next to the railway station, making it easily accessible. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. I stayed with my family for a night, and they even provided us with a room the next evening for free so we could freshen up. I really appreciate that gesture.

Room is average. But not bad. Easy from trivandrum railway station. Food is very good. Service is also good. Need some updation in rooms. Because it is very near to railway track, on night time if u open the window for fresh air, then the sound of trains and it's horns definitely dist-rub your sleep. So go for ac room is a better option
