Nice property with great highway access and an amazing staff. For the overall area, not sure about the $10 per day parking fee makes sense.

Checked into room, immediately noticed ac was not working. Asked to be switched. They said an engineer would come. Never did after an hour. Asked to be switched. They switched me to another room that the ac didn’t work. I told them about it, was told they could not compensate because I booked with Travelocity, but reminder, I paid at hotel. Called Travelocity, they said they called the front desk and assured me I would get the 1st night written offf. The next day, I asked to be switched again, they said it’s the whole hotel and nothing he could do. I said that is fine as long as I’m compensated. He said no problem. I just got the bill, paid full price for both nights.

From the reception area to the bar, to breakfast, the staff were exceptional! So many smiling faces made our short stay incredibly enjoyable.

We had a great stay we always go to this particular hotel when we go to Richmond. They have the best breakfast and nice little reception at night with appetizers.

Beautiful property with great breakfast and snack hour. However, the heat in my room was broken and not fixed after several reports to the front desk. The gym area also had no heat. I reserved a room with a balcony but didn’t get one even after questioning my reservation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. If we come back to Richmond, we will stay there again.

Young boys at the reception have very very bad attitude RUDE asf! He say me if you not happy call *******….Afther that I check mi credit card he charge me twice 560$us ! Sir mi English is not very well I say ! He just look me like alien ! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE…

Blankets/sheets had stains. Property was old not upkept. Not what i expected from an embassy suites. Too many people and unfortunately notnsure of area but gunshots at night. Couldnt get any sleep.

Service and staff were fantastic! The rooms are older and we had a toilet that could use some assistance flushing without holding down the handle. But otherwise we loved the room. We have a sleep number bed at home and fear hotel beds, but the bed we had was comfortable and we slept fine.
