Poor. The reservation when booking on agoda says it is for max of 2 persons. Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked was only for one person, which is an obvious oversight since I didnt put the second guest name on since I am the lead guest. The ***ager refused to make an accommodation and insisted on another rs 1000. I ordered the delux room with a king bed which accommodates up to 3 persons on the app. As well, the swimming pool is ‘under construction’. Not only that, 2 roaches were waiting for is in the bathroom., though they changed rooms for us. It is certainly not customer centric and expect nickel and diming.

Thank you for arranging a short stay on an urgent basis. This was for a group of people who were our guests for a marriage function. The booking and arrangements were promptly arranged by Ms Mithula and she made sure there were no complications.

Staying here for years... The best food, best rooms and the best service. Always the best. Amazing people. If its business visit to Thrissur, it's stay at Joys.

Excellent stay and courteous staff.Close to the railway station as well as to the Thrissur Pooram location.Neat and tidy rooms, restaurant was good.Wirhin the heart of the city, travel facilities are abundant.I didn't see a working swimming pool possibly due to some maintenance work

My stay at joys palace during pooram festival was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment we arrived,the reception staffs, especially Littisha,went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.Their warm welcome and friendliness and efficient service set the tone for the rest of my visit.

Best customer service experience!!! Hotel and Services are awesome.Location is fantastic.The rooms was beautiful and clean.we had another great stay at joys palace asusual.I appreciate Guest relation Executive Littisha and Front desk ***ager Mr Siby .extremely professional and helpful.thank you for their great effort to make our stay memorable .food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and my family.

We had a perfect stay at joys palace hotel. Very warm atmosphere. Very professional and hospitable front desk staffs. The experience was exceptional and iam most certainly gonna visit back. I must appreciate the staffs Littisha and simi. They ensured our stay. Very memorable experience. Very kind to my kids... Kids friendly........... And the ***ager who was so kind enough sibi. Location is very convenient. I recommend joys hotel to every one.

Bar is missing, needs more varieties in the menu, veg and non veg need to be equally balanced in the menu. Rooms are big, and friendly front desk and restaurant staff. We enjoyed stay over here. We will make it again, and also will recommend for others as well.
