Firstly I left this review on another website but because the coral inn pays that site a premium they did not allow my truthful honest review so I will no longer trust ****ing.com for having honest scores for their properties ! 1) The "sea view " was more of a "building view " and the balcony area was not AT ALL private from other guests. We could see that the building in front was new however we did pay for a "superior room " with a sea view 2) The furniture was awful, shoddy and in poor condition, there were no drawers,shelves, the cabinet to the side of the bed was rickety and almost falling apart with a broken top. The rail for the wardrobe was poorly fitted and there were only three hangers available. 3) The fridge did not work 4) There was not any kettle or tea making facilities/supplies available and yes we did receive a kettle when we asked for one but it was a rubbish tiny travel one 5) The tap/faucet was very wobbly and was difficult to operate in that state , there was no way whoever cleaned the room before our arrival did not notice that 6) The patio doors would not lock and if our balcony area had been private this would not have been a problem, however there was nothing to stop any of the other guests on our floor entering our room at night and my wife did not feel safe at all so I had to improvise a security device. 7)It is generally customary to provide guests with shampoo and shower gel, however two dirty looking re-used bottles with hand written wording was disappointing. 8) The toilet cistern refilling drove us crazy...it did a slow refill that took 12 minutes !! at nighttime this was very disturbing 9) The toilet proximity to the sink was awfully close 10) Breakfast ...despite contacting the hotel beforehand to mention we were vegetarian there was very little choice for breakfast , it was simply the worst offerings of a breakfast we have EVER had in 38 years of traveling , In addition the eating area was very unwelcoming, dull and swarming with flies (for these reasons we chose to eat our other meals elsewhere 11) We were given only one toilet roll for a 3 day stay and had to ask for more ! Thulusdhoo is a lovely island and 100% worth a visit but coral in is grossly overpriced for what they actually offer . p.s the main photo of the outside of the hotel is an old one and was taken before a new building directly in front was constructed

Palmtrees and the sea were my view, breezy air and silence around, cosy, comfortable room. Watersport activities as catamaran sailing, stand up puddling, surfing possible. Nice places for swimming and relaxing, easily to reach in a minute or by bicycling (you can rent a bicycle there). The space for breakfast is a kind of gallery and you can enjoy some artworks around you. The view from the hotel's roof terrace blew my mind away... so breathtaking. The management is attentive and warm-hearted, thank you! I enjoyed to stay there.

I was so lucky to stay in Coral Inn for two weeks this spring and I loved it. The rooms are designed in a very sleek and minimalistic style, which I love, but the biggest selling point for me is the terrace that comes with the room (perfect for doing my morning yoga routine or for chilling and chatting to new friends you will meet). The views over the lagoon right in front of the hotel (perfect for a bit of stand up paddle boarding or SUP yoga) are breathtaking. Being a bit tucked away from the main bikini beach, you're away from all the hustle and bustle, so you get to enjoy a very nice and quiet mornings. It's a new recently opened hotel, so everything it's nice, but they have a couple things that they need to finish, get done before being perfect, but it's something I am sure they will finish off super quickly. The staff is super lovely and helpful too! I wouldn't hesitate to go back :) I can only recommend!
