엘리베이터가 2인승이라 좀 불편하지만 테라스가 있고 깨끗한 방이라 좋습니다. 조식에 제공되는 연어는 최고입니다.

There is uneven floor between the room and hall. My wife fell down when she walked out from the room. There was no warning sign. These was safety issue.

This hotel is very well located, on the #1 bus line 5
mins from the train station. The hotel receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. The breakfast is excellent. Not so good: Soft beds and lumpy pillows.

I am satisfied with my stay in the hotel. Room was clean, also bathroom. The only thing what could be better is the breakfest. I stayed there 5 days and there was each day exactly the same food. It will be great to have also some hot meal on the morning (e.g. sausuges, scrambled egss etc).

I‘ve always enjoyed my previous experiences in this hotel but this time the checkout turned into a discussion during which the „cheffin“ asked me not to return to her hotel any more because I wasn’t nice to her? Completely unacceptable unprofessional behavior and all this because she had asked me to wait … I had no time to wait to leave my keycard, the reason why I did settle the bill the night before. All staff very kind, clean rooms, value for money.

I only stayed for 2 nights but it was very pleasant to sleep in a very comfortable bed after a long hiking day. (And I want to notice that I was in the cheapest room sio I can't imagine the other ones !) And the staff was lovely, very helpfull despite of my weird questions in English. I encourage you to come to this hotel in Thun !
