全体的にとてもリーゾナブルでとても良かったです。ただし、駐車が路上なので、初めての者にはちょっと難しかったです。場所を探すのも、駐車の仕方も。だから歩いてる人に聞いたら、パーフェクトと言われました。夕方の５時から朝までは停めていいのですが、黄色い二重線のとこや人の家の前は無理っぽいです。すぐ隣に（一部？）バーもあるし、近くには色々食べ物屋さんがありました。中華、インド、フィッシュ&チップス。その他、鹿肉とかのステーキ屋さんもあったと思いますが。部屋から見えた裏庭もすごくのどかで良かったです。時間があれば、ゆっくりしてみたかったです。オークランド諸島ヘ行くフェリーの港までも、車で15分くらいのところでした。North Link という会社？が運行してて、一日３便ありました。

Last minute booking due to cancelled ferries on a cold and windy night.
Room was very cold as heating was off and old sash windows rattling in the wind.
It did warm up once the radiator was on, but was still cold.
Staff very pleasant and helpful when we asked for blankets.
Breakfast was fine and plentiful.
Parking outside is time restricted which meant we had to move our car a couple of times.
Apart from the temperature, the stay was fine and value for money.

Room small but nicely decorated. However no mirror in room, and plastic sheets on bed?? Very uncomfortable! I’ve stayed here a few times before and it’s always been fine but I won’t be back

Nice stay again, good hotel, lovely helpful staff, spacious room but the radiator didn’t work (they did offer to move me to be fair) which meant it was a bit ‘fresh’ (I left the bathroom door open and that warmed the whole lot until the cleaner shut it one day :-/ ) at times, also it was a first floor room facing the road and single glazed sash windows aren’t great for noise.
Don’t be put off though the pluses always outweigh the minuses, I’ll definitely be staying again.

Large rooms that were somewhat dated . No shampoo or conditioner and floorboards in the room creaked badly.
Reception and restaurant staff friendly however bar staff no so. Bed was comfortable but lots of noise from street late at night.

Booked a superior room based on website description and received inadequate, outdated without basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Very disappointed.
