The owner was friendly and helpful, and promptly and fully responded to all enquiries that we had prior to making a reservation. The owner identified which room exactly we were booking and provided its prohotographs. The booking process was easy and straighforward. When we arrived, the dinner (which we had pre-booked in advance) was ready for us — the dinner was tasty and plentiful. In general, the owner has left a positive impression. However, my complaints are: 1) In the bathroom, there is a small immersion heater boiler, therefore guests have only a limited amount of hot water. We have found that if the first person spends more than 4 minutes in the shower, hot water runs out for the next person. Twice we had to wash in cold water. My strong suggestion to the proprietor is to invest money in a bigger boiler or to invest in another type of water heating, so that hot water is available at all times. 2) The drain in the shower is severely blocked. It was impossible to have a shower, because the area soon becomes filled with standing water, which takes an hour to drain. The owner must address this problem properly and resolve it fully. The blocked drain in the shower was a serious, highly annoying problem for us and made our stay in this property uncomfortable — the bathroom was effectively unusable. 3) Internet connection was either weak and intermittent — it was impossible to use the internet at that property.
