The hotel is superlative in every way. The staff are the highlight from long before we arrived through to personally seeing us onto our transfer back to Geneva. The downstairs amenities are delightful and comfortable; also relaxed and relaxing. I could eat their breakfast forever. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely going back and would recommend to anyone who likes being comfortable and well looked after.

Exactly what luxury is about for me. A great service but discreet for all the team. Everybody working to make your holidays joyful, successful and unique. The breakfast is perfect to be ready for a nice journey of ski. The availability of the car service to be able to go easily at Tignes Le Lac is unique. The smile of the team for any request is really pleasant.

Excellent hotel. Very knowledgeable and curtious staff. Great location in the villafe of Val Claret. We were planning on arriving much earlier than expected. WE arrived very late and yet the staff was extremely competent and helpful with our luggage,

From the moment you arrive the staff are on hand and ensure your stay is as perfect and comfortable as possible! The customer service and experience is the best I have received at any 5* hotel. The rooms are spacious with every amenity covered, the bar is a lovely informal space for drinks or a family meal. Drivers are on hand to take you anywhere you need. Our kids also really enjoyed the children’s spa trea**ents. We will be back for our family ski holiday every year, we really couldn’t find anywhere better or value for money. Well done Maison Bouvier team!!

Hotel was very nice and comfortable, in a very central location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and the shuttle (driven by Eddie & Ralph) to and from ski lifts was really convenient. Spa was very relaxing after a day skiing. Only issue is that the bar is more of a restaurant and busy so residents need to book a table in advance even if they just want a drink in the bar which is not ideal. A separate residents only area would be a welcome addition. First visit to Tignes and it didn’t disappoint.

I stayed for 5 nights with my wife and a friendly couple. The hotel is overall excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well - proportioned and the hotel bar is really cozy, with great food and a seemingly endless wine list. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly & accommodating at all times of the day. We had a few issues with our travel out to Tignes and the hotel were amazing at organising transport for us as well as very understanding The spa is lovely with the pool, jacuzzi and steam room / Sauna.

From the moment you arrive, you feel special. The building is beautiful throughout. Our room was large and very comfortable, although bizarrely the toilet is in the living area rather than the bathroom. Soft drinks in minibar are free and you get some fruit daily. Staff are outstandingly polite, from reception to cleaners. Breakfast is mostly self service of high quality items, juice, bread, cheese yoghurt etc. You can order eggs, pancakes and porridge off a small menu. They have a bar called the Whitney bar, which serves food. It's very expensive but the food is excellent and it feels like being in a millionaire's hang out. The decor is stunning. They have a giant sauna and a very steamy hammam. The pool is very cold though. The only advice I have for them is to put bigger cups in the room and supply a spoon. This is an outstanding hotel which is very close to shops,bars and restaurants. Oh, and it's 5 mins easy walk to Tufs lift if you are skiing and the ski room is convenient. Go on, treat yourself!

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great restaurants, very friendly staff, shuttle service wherever needed. The spa area was good but would have liked it to stay open until 8 as opposed to 7 otherwise very happy.
