Overall a very dissapointing experience. We have always skied with Club Med and as the kids are now a little older, thought this would be a treat in a smaller boutique 5 star hotel. Everything looks great, but the looks are very deceiving. The service in La Cime restuarant is truly awful. Everything is painfully slow, from getting a menu, to getting a starter 1 hour later. We were half board and the menu didn't change all week and was too off piste - not enough staples and trying too hard to be overly fancy. There were also lots of semi supervised children screaming every night in the restaurant, ruining the experience, with the staff doing nothing about it. In terms of the room, we had a 'luxury suite' which was anything but. The 2 bathrooms had no toilets. Instead we had one separate toilet to share for all 4 of us. There was also only 1 shower and one pointless bath. This was meant to be a suite for 4 people, not a honeymoon suite, so we all had to queue up one at a time each day for the 1 shower. The standards of cleaning were also very poor and I have had better in 3 star hotels. Outside of the half board, everything costs an absolute fortune, including tea/coffee and soft drinks post skiing (think €30 euros for 4 soft drinks) and the cheapest glasss of wine is close to €20 euros. The 'luxury suite' as living space also had a long thin corridor, rather than a useful sociable area to sit around in. If you are a family of 4 with teenage kids, DON'T book the suite and instead take 2 rooms. Or better still go somewhere else. We spent over €10,000 for 6 very dissapointing nights and this was the worst skiing holiday we have had.
