This a huge hotel and it is very clean and nice. Affordable and they have all the amenities needed. Enjoyed my stay

It's hot in Mexico but during the winter there was no heater in the room so I was freezing in the room. There is no refrigerator and no microwave. Otherwise, it was clean and it was okay.

Be aware that you need a $500.00 pesos deposit in cash to get the A/C or heater control. TV controls don't work.
Very loud place and no elevators. There is no Handicap Parking

I think this hotel does no qualify to be advertised on *******....They don't clean the rooms every day, the room smell bad. This property is a motel.

There is no air conditioner it can feel very humid. Water kept being shut off. And usually there are a lot of people who are leaving their country so they stay at this hotel. Mostly men outside on their phones talking outside all day and night.

Very loud place and there was no water service,we felt very unsafe that we had to leave to another hotel!!!!

I wouldn't recommend it to couples. Place is kind of dark and staff doesn't do anything with the noise from kids playing till about 2 am. The room floor & bedding not cleaned properly. The bathrooms window knocked out allowing flies to come in.
