My experience was good. My flight was timely and hassle free. When I reached my destination hotels were as seen or expected.

Service and food very good just the pillows are terrible way too soft take my own pillows next time. And the water goes down slow from the sink.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

The service and the room is not worth it for $198.57/ tax.
Upon check out, I called the front desk to help me for my luggages. They said they will send someone, I waited and waited, but nobody came. I decided to carry all my stuffs by myself from 6th flor to the lobby. Then I saw the bell boy was just outside waiting. Probably the front desk lady I talked to forgot about me. Then when she saw me she called the bell bot to help me carry my stuffs, for what? To bring it to my car? Why do I need it for if I got from my room to the lobby.
Very poor service for the price.

I have stayed at the hotel before, I find it a nice option for a couple of nights. The restaurants are pretty good albeit one of the (pool side) a bit pricey, but the food and service were excellent. Plenty of outdoor secure parking.
