NO TIENEN CALENTON! LAS HABITACIONES MUY FRÍAS, NO TIENEN NINGUNA SILLA NI DONDE COLGAR LA ROPA. EL ENCARGADO DEL PATIO TODA LA NOCHE CANTO Y SILBO, EN GENERAL NO SE PUEDE DORMIR! NO VUELVO!!!

Thai hotel had no furniture just a bed that’s it. No where to stored my clothes etc. No AC or heater, that places was so cold I had to sleep with 3 jackets. Not ideal for the price.

Toiles Water don't have any pressure at all.

Suites Royal is a nice and convenient hotel for a quick stay in Tijuana if you prefer to be a bit farer from the bustling turisty downtown area. It was currently going through renovations during our stay, and we were lucky to get one of the renovated rooms, but it was lacking additional furniture and storage spaces, still, it was comfortable.

Customer service very bad
Very long 2 days I could not sleep Because Ac make a lot of noise ask for another room nobody care.
Outside the hotel is dangerous

This hotel stuff not friendly and don't know any English. Even one words. Also the room was so cold and there not heater. I wouldn't go this hotel again. and I am not recommended this place.
