立地、清潔度は良いです。
ドライヤーがありませんでした。私だけでなく知人4名も同じくでしたので間違いないです。
隣にクラブがあり騒音に悩みます。11pmから4amくらいまで低振動音がすごく、音に敏感の方は耳栓必須です。

The property is 5/5. Gorgeous. Well-equipped. Nice staff. Unfortunately the area around, not so much. There’s a bar across the street which is very loud and went until 6am. So unfortunately we didn’t get any sleep. It’s no fault of the hotel, but unfortunately sorta ruined the experience. 5/5 for hotel, 0/5 for the noise, 4/5 overall.

The guy in charge of the property was sleeping. We got to the room at 1:00 am . It was raining and we got soaked because he wouldn’t hear us knocking on the door . Terrible experience

All was great..New bldg..Great bed and bath..
Only One bad thing..It was around 3a.m and a banda band was still going on in a near by place.Could not sleep at all

The cleaning after check in was deficient, only one machine was functioning at the gym, is fine for what you are paying and for short term, the apartment decorating is great but not the common areas.
No TV antena. WiFi fine.
Mrs. Patricia the house keeper is great! Personnel working here is nice.
I will come again if I have to stay in Tijuana with a low budget.

The bed headboard was dirty and had a huge stain on it the AC did not work properly and made a very loud noise when you turn it on. The dinning room chairs where stained the outside chairs were dirty

Place was ok, kinda hard to find but not bad. Kinda cold, minimalistic, looks newer but strange stuff need maintenance but this was no inconvenience any way. The wallpaper is pealing off but thats on the builder shotty job. The worse thing is 11:00 am check out. Thats juat damm rude. Location was actually pretty good for the price, hopping nightclub next door if you are into reggeton. Room overall was large and nice. Could not get tv channels. Large fridge was nice but no counters in kitchen or bathroom. I Don't think I would stay here aagin.

They provided No soap and no shampoo and no housekeeping, there was too much noise we could not sleep for the two nights we stayed. We left the hotel because of night club noise that is attached to the building over all very disappointed
