Wasn't clean, we can not take shower because not water,
Food wasn't good,
The front desk lady's were nice and friendly 👍
Bed was comfortable 👍

Place was super clean, really big rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything overall was just great! Will definitely be staying here again.

Housekeeping told me they don’t change towels everyday she saw the look in my face and gave me fresh towels. The parking light is very dark. Everything else was good.

Not happy. My reservation was for a room for quien size bed and a sofa bed. I asked for upgrade to a king size bed. The assistant told me that she found one to upgrade me. When I went to the room it was not an upgrade and instead she had downgraded me to a room with one queen bed only without a sofa bed as originally paid for. I went back to the reception desk and asked why I was given a room with one queen size only and no sofa bed as in my contract and she said that they did not have that. I was not happy. In my review of the hotel, I explained that and they said that this incident was reported to ******* but nothing was done about it. I won’t go back to this hotel any more. Not a very professional treatment.

Amazing location. My family and I travel often to tijuana and like to explore new hotels and this one has to be the best one so far. The rooms are very spacious and in great condition. The beds could be better, they are a bit stiff but other than that the rooms are fantastic with a good view. The staff was very friendly except for one of the cooking ladies, whom which we had a very bad experience with. I believe her name is norma. She was rude and unprofessional. Other than that bad experience the hotel overall is fantastic and perfect if you are traveling with a big family. Would highly recommend.
