Amazing view to the sand dunes and oasis.
Pool could be more clean.
Nice but confused staff.
Good bed.
Little far from town.
Not so good breakfast, but good food at restaurant.

Le personnel est parfait, serviable,a l'ecoute et reactif.
L'hotel est vieillissant et mal entretenu.
dommage, il y a vraiment le potentiel pour un vrai 4 etoiles.
Mais les details: reparation des elements defectueux et nettoyage des terrasse et balcon notament, pourrait permettre a cet hotel d'avoir un plus haut niveau.
Je pense que c'est actuelement un 3 etoiles.
Le petit déjeuner n'est absolument un petit dejeuner continental et pas au niveau d'un grand hotel.
Café au lait, pain croissant, 2 ou 3 yaghourt, 1 brique de jus et c'est tout.
Souvent vide et non reaprovisionné.

Le ménage est en option … en effet il y’avait du caca de pigeon sur le balcon pas nettoyé depuis des lustres ajouter à cela une odeur nauséabonde provenant des toilettes ou la chasse d’eau est une cascade …/ ça déborde à chaque chasse .// immonde

Superbe lieu mais dans un piteux état … tout est délabré , odeurs dans la salle de bain , chasse d’eau tellement puissante que ça déborde à chaque fois … j’ai eu la chance de partager ma chambre avec un couple de pigeons qui ont eu la gentillesse de se soulager sur le balcon … du caca en plein milieu du balcon pas nettoyé depuis un bail bref à part la vue et la piscine à moins 10 degré … aucun intérêt d’y séjourner…

Struttura bella con piscina, giardino, ampie terrazze vista palmeto e deserto, ampi spazi comuni all’interno, discreto ristorante, ma….la manutenzione delle camere è un disastro: con 43 gradi di temperatura la maggior parte delle camere aveva l’aria condizionata non funzionante! Poi rubinetti che perdevano, docce che allagavano la camera da letto, sportelli degli armadi divelti ecc. Il personale in verità è gentilissimo e fa di tutto per rimediare, ma i disastri sono tanti. D’altra parte agenti viaggio locali assicurano che gli altri hotel sono peggio, per cui …

Architecture originale , hôtel réalisé dans les années 70, et rénové en 2015. Terrasses magnifique sur plusieurs niveaux pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Wifi gratuit, piscine et petit jardin. Petit déjeuner et accueil à améliorer.

Architecture formidable et originale, terrasse panoramique avec une vue magnifique sur les palmiers et les dunes, malheureusement ce bijou est mal géré par une administration bizzare, des décisions incompréhensibles, au point où on sent qu'on se moque de vous, climatisation défectueuse ni chaud ni froid, restauration avec un menu très très limitée, heureusement que les serveurs (Bakhti et Bachir) sont super agréables souriants professionnels toujours bien habillés, te font vite oublier ton malheur. J'espère que les choses vont changer la prochaine fois

Dans le cadre du travaille j ai passé 3 nuit à l hotel Gourara en janvier 2022 cadre idyllique très beau hotel au centre de timimoune avec vue incroyable sur la vallée et l'oasis mais la chambre pas digne d un 4 étoiles salle de bain sale des cheveux qui trainent miroir ébréché et sur tous très mal chauffé le petit déjeuner très sommaire même pas une machine a café bref très déçu par les prestations de l hotel heuresement compensé par la beauté des sites autour de timimoune
