I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a receipt from the front desk because I booked the room online. Also, the lack of vending machines for snacks at night. Otherwise, things were ok.

Refrigerator making high pitched noise all night. , No temperature control in room.
Other guests walking hallways talking loudly and letting doors slam till 3:00am. No action from staff despite complaint.

Have stayed here a few times now staff is very accommodating very friendly rooms are clean quiet the place is a comfortable place to rest and relax after a long journey would recommend to anyone working in the area or just passing through Timmons it's a great place to stay

Stayed here aboutc10 years ago and thought it was good value. Has gone downhill since then- needs major revamp.lobby area looks really dated. No elevator in the building. Wifi was awful- kept kicking us out to the point we finally gave up. Room was clean and comfortable which was the saving grace.
