My reservation didn't match what I had requested. We were three people, but we received a small room with two separate single beds. It's possible that the reservation disappeared due to the Microsoft crash because I couldn't find it in my emails either. However, the staff was very accommodating and brought in a rollaway bed to the small room. As a result, the space was a bit cramped. Nonetheless, the staff was very competent and attentive. There were also two power outages in the area over two days, but that wasn't their fault.

房間很乾凈，免費停車，早餐還是非常好的，牛奶咖啡水果均有，位置超好，鬧中取靜，就在古城中心，到任何市裡的景點都可以步行，夕陽是在房間看到的

All'arrivo in albergo dopo un attesa mi hanno detto di avermi spostato in un altra struttura. Con 42 gradi mi sono dovuto spostare a piedi e con i bagagli nel nuovo albergo se vogliamo chiamarlo così. Uno schifo che non si riusciva nemmeno a vedere l'entrata. UNA VERA TRUFFA
Ho prenotato un'altro albergo da solo

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Blokku with bars and restaurants everywhere. Staff are great. There is a bar that is open late. Rooms are large and no noise from other rooms. Able to leave bags before check-in/departure. We've been to TirAlways before and would certainly return here when we return.

I had a wonderful time in this hotel The location, staff , food and the service was great.They make me and my family feeling so welcome.Everyone was awesome especially Ed the manager.Thank you Metro hotel definitely I'll be back over there again.

Excellent location, near the main attractions but in a quiet side street. The staff are friendly and have good English skills. There is a good breakfast with a range of western and Albanian foods. Large clean rooms with a good shower. I would highly recommend

Very good value. Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are big and comfortable, and the hotel is general is of a really good standard. The location is also a big plus - surrounded by bars and restaurants and very close to the central square and a lot of the main sights of Tirana.

What a brilliant find. Slap bang in the middle of the nice area in town. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Super clean, friendly and modern. I really liked the place. Breakfast was included and was perfect. I can't praise it enough. I'd go back.
