Hotel Comfort

Ten hotel ma ode mnie średnią, ponieważ jest centralnie położony, pokój był czysty, młoda dama w recepcji wieczorem była bardzo miła i pomocna, rano recepcjonista był miły, podobnie jak pani w kawiarni śniadaniowej. Poza tym gorszy był zapach dymu papierosowego, który przedostał się do twojego pokoju z kawiarni poniżej. Będąc w pokoju musiałem nosić maseczkę. Ten zapach unosił się głównie w nocy, kiedy próbowałeś spać (zwykle wychodzimy i wracamy późnym wieczorem). Nie narzekałem, bo jestem pewien, że ta miła młoda dama niewiele mogła z tym zrobić. Ponadto, aby wejść do hotelu, trzeba przejść obok niezwykle zadymionej kawiarni znajdującej się w hotelu. Okropne było także to, co nazywali śniadaniem. Absolutnie pod ziemią. Moja żona i ja nieźle się uśmialiśmy, gdy drugiego dnia pewna pani i jej mąż przyszli zjeść, obejrzeli to, co było na wystawie, natychmiast się odwrócili i wyszli zniesmaczeni. Hahaha. Ale tak, śniadanie było okropne! Po prostu idź i poszukaj śniadania gdzie indziej. Poza tym zachichotałem, czytając napis mówiący, że nie można zabrać śniadania z kawiarni do pokoju. Mój Boże! Kto wziąłby jedzenie z tej kawiarni?! Hahaha. Tak czy inaczej, po prostu idź gdzie indziej, jeśli nie lubisz spać w zapachu dymu papierosowego. Dla mnie ocena C jest więcej niż odpowiednia.

Mieliśmy problem z hotelem, zupełnie nie jest taki jak w ofercie (**********), śmierdzi ściekami, nie sprzątają pokoi, nie działa klimatyzacja, kabina prysznicowa jest zepsuta, katastrofa śniadaniowa

Wszystko dobrze, dobra obsługa, ładny pokój, doskonałe śniadanie i pyszne. Polecam ten hotel w centrum miasta, niedaleko placu Scanderbeg. Fajny bar na miejscu i pyszna restauracja na miejscu. Uprzejma obsługa personelu.

We toughen we booked but turned out we selected wrong city in Albania. Comfortable beds and clean room with AC and fridge. Wish there was a safe, but the staff was very helpful and fix our booking error and got us a room last minute at great price. The bar is very chill. Too bad I couldn’t taste the breakfast but they got us a sandwich to take at 5 am. It’s also in great location not far from center 5 min walk.

We booked in advance as we were travelling over for the Europa Conference League final (football). We stayed for 2 nights. The service received was exceptional, even though we only spoke English, everyone made an effort and during the day, the personnel were very good at communicating with us. On the first night we had the beds as a double bed but noticed they were two singles pushed together. As we didn't have the right bedding we asked at reception and within minutes, they sorted the room for us. On our second day we asked at reception to book us a taxi for the next morning as we had a flight first thing in the morning. This was booked for us and the lady gave us the phone number and all details of booking including the price. Very easy and the taxi was on time. For €10 it was also very cheap. The room itself was more than adequate. Beds were comfortable and both of us had a good nights sleep. The bathroom again had everything that was needed and the area was very quiet. Location wise this was spot on. It was only a 10 min walk to Skanderberg Square and most of the city vicinity of Tirana was easily walkable. Bars/restaurants are everywhere, some on the road of the hotel and also further into the city. There is also a small convenience store right across the road for any essentials (e.g. water). Reading some of the reviews about the breakfast put some doubt about whether we would find enough to eat but we were both well fed. Yes it is fairly basic but there is enough to get you on the road. Bread, pastry, eggs, some cheeses and spreads along with a hot drink included, juices and water. The price was also fantastic and it was more than worth every penny. Would 100% return here if we came back to Tirana. Overall a great stay in a lovely city.

Best hotel for customer service I ever stayed in... the staff especially at reception and cleaning team were amazing.. nothing was a problem.. the hotel was lovely, clean and breakfast was yummy

There was a very friendly lady in the reception when we arrived. Unfortunately we didn’t see her the next morning which is a shame as she was speaking English and we needed help with booking taxi. The breakfast was late and there was the older gentleman in the reception who didn’t speak English. Overall, it was okay. We stayed there only for one night

Very clean modern hotel. Location 10 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. Was very quiet. Very nice breakfast. Helpful pleasant staff. Good value.

They were extremely accommodating.The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Specially morning Receptionist, she went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tirana.
