Pleasant experience! Staff are courteous, rooms are nice & spacious with automatic switches, iron with ironing table, all toiletries, hair dryer, complimentary kettle with tea/coffee/sugar/dairy whitener sachets, and a nice tv with an information brochure about the various channels available. Restroom ie clean & spacious with necessary towels and a good shower. The breakfast spread is great and the lobby is also very spacious. WiFi speed is exceptional as well. Located centrally in Trichy, this hotel checks all boxes for a pleasant stay. In Google, the hotel is rated 3 star while the front desk team stated it's 5 star and that it's rating is wrongly updated in Google. Price is on the leaner side for a 5 star hotel.

Always Good when you stay at the Courtyard Stayed here for two nights on a business visit. Always get the good rooms Food is amazing. I personally like their buffet spread One thing we must appreciate is the service Always prompt and smiling!

We booked Marriot Trichy on 27th April 2024. Check in was done and was informed for two nights. However, whenever we go out and return to room. Card was not working in order. According to receptionist the cut off was 12pm and that why the card did not work. The hotel reception contacted me through what's at 1229pm and I confirmed that my stay extended for another day. Despite informing, my card could not access the room. Hotel has issues with IT or system. This do not happen in 5 star hotels. Breakfast was average in taste and spread was not fantastic. Nothing special. The rooms were renovated and clean. The card issues were inconvenience and hassle to walk to reception. There are plenty of vegetarian restaurants nearby with good authentic breakfast. On 27th April 2024. My wife ordered Mutton soup. Soup was authentic and delicious. Too many traffic jam to reach hotel.

The hotel is too good, new qnd the cleanliness was top notch. I am a fan of Marriott's lobbies , liked the goa lobby and this one too. breakfast buffet spread is too good, one of the best i have had i would say. a great addition to Trichy

This hotel is the best in Trichy. Staff is courteous and ready to help. Rooms are neat and clean. Their restaurant Trichy kitchen’s spread is good. Taste ( veg food) on scale of 10 scores 8-9. Thanks to their Chef Pramod whose culinary expertise is commendable. Overall a decent stay.
