We had a wonderful stay at Grand Gardenia during our family trip to Trichy. The rooms were very comfortable, staff were very cooperative, polite and helped us with their suggestions & provided medicine assistance. We were extremely happy with the staff's behavior. Top of all, we had a delicious and awesome breakfast. A great hotel to stay!

We are upset about the quality of the room. Rooms do not have even minimal lights. Tea cups were stained. Size of the room is very small for the tariff we paid. Staying here is not worth the money we paid. There are several better hotels here with lesser tariff.

Hotel reception, rooms interior, ac and furnishings are ok. I have changed the rooms from 3rd floor to 2nd floor due to toilet sewage gas not venting properly and stinking and suffocating of our family members, even 2nd floor rooms also. Car parking is provided no one helping us to safe parking.

We had two rooms. Nice rooms. Very good Indian Breakfast. They gave us extra mattresses to accommodate our bigger group (of course charged). Overall good stay and everything was in working condition except the AC (low power). Given there was no fan in the room and all the utilities will start working only when you put the key in the card slot after you arrive in the room and the low AC power, it was a little stuffy for the entire night.

Very small room, which is not worth the tariff we pay. Minimal lighting was not present in the room. When we ordered tea, cups were stained and not washed properly. Food was ok. It is good for dine in, not for stay.

Value for money, stay and breakfast both very nice. It's on the main highway. Easily approachable. Toilets were clean. Spacious rooms
