Just checked in at 8 pm today 27th april 2024 and the experience of checking in was extremely terrible. The reception folks took at least 15 mins to allow me to get in the room. Once we entered the room, the bathroom didn't have lights, room didn't have proper lighting as the main light was not functional. Fan was not running. Only ac is functional. The room boy didn't even bother to explain the switches of the room about which one is for fan and light etc. I had to chase and follow up with the hotel folks and still i am waiting for the things to get sorted out. Will share more details as it evolves. Never expected this kind of service after booking the room in advance. Fan not functional. Just now the hotel folks changed the room and now it is perfect. Just a feedback. The hotel folks need to ensure they provide a functional room before the guest check in. Instead of us suffering and explaining them to check and rectify
