Could not check in this hotel due to upset stomach, initiated an appeal to cancel ， trip.com informed me their supplier and hotel have not responded and their representatives called me and asked me proof of upset stomach, not everyone needs a doctor certificate to prove upset stomach. It is well known that since I did not check into this hotel , neither hotel called me or mailed me, the phone number of the hotel does not work as I tried to call them. Trip.com representative told me hotel reserved a room , there was no room number or even a email from hotel, it means they gave room to some of,trip.com made free 600 RmB with no service. I am too far to spit on their moth eaten faces

My office colleague used to stay here and suggested us to stay. Food, amenities & services are excellent.

Location is good amenities. Not great
cleanliness. Not good linen. Not changed. Bed spreads were not good. Towels were not clean

Does not seems to be regular best western. Bed is very small for a family of 2adults and 2 infants.

Room was good ventilated, with ac facility. Hot water was not available 24 hours. Breakfast, few dishes were salty n hard. At room tv was not functioning. Parking was very limit space.

Found a small cockroach in the bathroom please keep it clean. Overall room was excellent. The restaurant food can be improved a bit.

I was here for 2 days stay. The rooms are pretty good. Bathrooms are not so great, that would have been much better for a star hotel. Breakfast is also very compromised one. Overall i felt value for money for which i have spent. Staff is great.

The hotel is not able to serve food for dinner the day we checked in. In one of the rooms tv was not functioning, water from shower is not coming. I have to make repeated calls for providing extra bed. Breakfast is very good

Location of the hotel was good as it is nearby to most places. However, it's a very old property and poorly maintained. Not clean and dusty rooms, found few small cockroaches and lot of mosquitoes in the room. Refrigerator was not found in the cabinet in the room and upon asking they said it's in maintenance and after demanding they had replaced it within 1 hour. Food quality is very average and staff behaviour can be better. Only security and the bell boy seemed to be genuine than the rest.
