We stayed here the night before our cruise left Port Canaveral. Easy check in. Room was ready and very clean. The TV worked the first time. The best things were the comfortable mattress and the hot water in the shower the next morning. It was probably the best shower I have had in years. Can’t speak for other travelers but for the price, the room exceeded my expectations.

Room was ok, it was clean. We could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. Also could hear the people talking and tv from the room next door.

Perfect hotel and location for staying the night before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Steakhouse across the street for dinner and IHOP in hotel for breakfast. Rooms updated and clean.

It’s very noisy thru the night, and the heat and air conditioner did not work! Very uncomfortable! They gave us a handicap room so there was no counter at sink to put makeup, etc!

Staff was helpful and went above and beyond. Even when my first room I wanted to switch out if they said no problem and got me a new room right away! Convenient food choices, and quite area. Beds were really comfortable and I slept great!

This was a perfect one night stay before our cruise. Simple breakfast in the morning. Clean and updated room. Just what we needed.

It's a good place to stay. WiFi wasn't working, told it was being upgraded, PITA when work depends on uploading pictures from the day.
Beds were horrible in both rooms we had.
Shower was good.
A/C noisy.

When we first checked in, they put us in a room that smelled heavily of smoke. I had to go back to the front desk and they put us in a newer room that smells better.

When we arrived they put us into a room that we weren't sure if it was cleaned or not and the opened the refrigerator and there was still food in there Went to the desk and asked to be moved and she wasn't very friendly but did move us to a room with 2 queen beds This room was a little better but the sheets were rough we almost asked for a refund and went to a different hotel but we stayed. The breakfast wasn't worth staying for
