Regina Bed and Breakfast

Fillippo is the most helpful host. Tivoli is a small town in Italy and he knows everyone. He gave great restaurant suggestions and we felt that he looked out for us. Please remember to email or phone him a day or two in advance of your arrival to tell him when you expect to be there and he will respond with parking suggestions and will be there to greet you when you arrive at the pensione. Pack light, there are stairs and no lift.

My best experience in a bed and breakfast, first Filipe called me to give me directions to make sure I don’t get lost, he also recommended the restaurant The morning he took us to a cafe for breakfast to make sure we don’t get lost, what a host, I have never seen that before It is a very charming place, few minutes from Villa d’Este, you must not miss that one To me, I will say go there without hesitation, you won’t regret, most charming and welcoming place ever

Filipo was a fantastic host. He welcomed us with generosity and a clear understanding of our interests. He proactively made reservations for us at Ristorante Sibilla (easily the best and most significant spot in Tivoli). He shared, with pride, his family history in the location of the B&B. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Tivoli. The room is very comfortable with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture. The terrace on top is ideal for an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. You can watch the town wake or go to sleep. Even though the B&B is in the center of Tivoli the rooms are sound proofed and silent at night.

Filippo was the perfect host. He welcomed us immediately upon our arrival, helping us with our luggage. He gave us a nice tour of his home and a delicious lunch recommendation. The accommodations were lovely. The beautiful furniture, clean linens, cold water available in each room all added to the experience. The view from our room into the town square was perfect. Also, on a very warm day, the air conditioned rooms were perfect. In the morning he walked us to the perfect breakfast spot and again helped with luggage for our departure. We will definitely stay with Filippo again on our return to Tivoli.

We had a first class stay, with a very service minded host - Filippo. The rooms were very clean and comfortable., cleaned and made up every day. The hotel is situated in the center of Tivoli. Highly recommendable!! :-)

REGINA BED & BREAKFAST WAS OUR BEST B&B EXPERIENCE EVER We travelled to Rome and made our apartment in the city our home base for two weeks. Tivoli is an easy 45 minutes train ride from Rome, and is exactly what we needed after a week in the busy city. Regina Bed & Breakfast was the perfect place for our stay in this friendly little town. Our host Philippe was FABULOUS, very personable and the most wonderful host! He greeted us with warmth and made us feel very at home in his charming B&B that has been in his family forever. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and Philippe made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. While we were exploring the beautiful Villa d'Este, Philippe made a dinner reservation for us at Ristorante Sibilla - it was no easy task as the restaurant was fully booked; but that didn't stop him, he was determined we were going to enjoy "the best food in the world" so just kept calling until they found a table for us! He is truly the best host you could ask for! And he was right! The restaurant ambiance is like no other, and the food was FABULOUS. It was an evening we will never forget - thanks to Philippe! Our only regret is that we stayed just one night at Regina B&B,. It was just so wonderful, we didn't want to leave. SO when we go back to Italy, we're going to make Tivoli and Regina B&B our home base! Until then, we have our memories of a most wonderful experience.

Ottima soluzione al centro di Tivoli, a pochi minuti dal parcheggio e con vista bellissima sulla piazza. Camere pulite e fornite di tutto il necessario, il proprietario Filippo gentilissimo nel dare tutte le info necessarie. Colazione al bar a pochi passi dal b&b, buona ma potrebbe essere ulteriormente arricchita.
