Extremadamente chica la habitación. No tenía el seguro la puerta y lo peor cero adicionales como cremas ni jabón ni nada y ni un cesto de basura había y salí a desayunar y la chica del aseo abrió mi habitación y estaba en el pasillo y mis cocas estaban ahí y le dije que por qué se metía o dejaba abierto y me dijo que pensó que no estaba. Haaaa ósea pueden meterse con todo ahí y dejar la puerta abierta sin estar yo! Eran las 9 am y la salida era a las 12

El lugar está muy ok :). Relación precio/ubicación es excelente. El personal muy amable.

The check in process was in a word weird. The desk staff doesn’t speak English despite the website claims. And I am not sure if it was the bellhop but the guy was very rude until it was time to get a tip. He insisted 6 of us squeeze ourselves and 3 large luggage into one tiny elevator. Bizarre experience I never had happened in countless hotel stays in my life. Other cons— didn’t even clean our room one day. Staff didn’t care when reported. I will make a note was the response. Others—no small towels. No shampoo just some poor quality general soap. I was traveling with family and booked 2 rooms. My brother in law son got locked in the bathroom. They need to relocate them to a different room. Needless to say never coming back

Not enough bathroom supplies and not even water to drink

This hotel is well centered from lots of restaurants, night life and walking distance to Starbucks. The place was clean and had an AC unit. The only negative part was the staff and the unexpected walk-in to our room from an employee at 2am. Upon our arrival the staff was uninviting, stood in front of lobby desk with my guest for a few minutes after saying hello with no answer, after a few minutes they said give us a few minutes, and I was like that’s fine but please don’t act like I’m invisible. I’m clearly standing in front of you ready to check in. After a few minutes we got our door key and headed towards the elevator and the receptionist mentioned I’m sorry but you registered only 3 guest and there’s 4 in a very rude tone; had to spend another minutes waiting for my ******* receipt showing that I registered 4, showed her my email confirmation and she said ok, no apologies or anything. Anywho, that’s not the big issue here, we had the biggest terrifying most scary moment of our lives when a hotel employee entered our room at 2am slamming the room door realizing it was occupied, freaking my family out. Called the receptionist and said she didn’t give our key to anyone else, after trying to explain again, that a man entered our room and to please assist, she finally said it was a mistake from their employee and offered free breakfast. Obviously we left immediately after sun came out.

It was okay, but the rooms don’t have enough pillows only 2 small cushions are not really pillows, the AC was broken and most of the hotels offer a complementary water bottle at least… they don’t.

Dirty only one towel and the shower poor service hair and the sheets

Hotel didn't respected my reservation, they argued to be full and didn't even offered an alternative. Had to look for another accomodation!
