Very convenient for shopping area as just door step to Ginza street where the luxury brand are located. Modern hotel and clean but quite expensive as the room is a little bit smaller than what you have paid.

First and foremost, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional location of the hotel. Its convenience to Ginza mall made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable. It was evident that your staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the premises.
Furthermore, I must commend your team for the exemplary service they provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their attentiveness and dedication truly made my stay memorable.

Had a great experience staying in this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly, and location is excellent (right outside an exit!)
Within minutes to Ginza and less than 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji. Room size could have been bigger for the price paid but it was sufficient for 2. Will stay again.

One of the best location in Ginza. It is accessible via Haneda Airport on direct Keikyu line, and it stops at the Higashi Ginza station. The hotel is just above the station. We arrived on a rainy day and the easy access from the station makes it so convenient and saves the hassle of dragging your luggage in the rain. It is also just a few minutes from Ginza station which is very convenient to take the subway to most tourist's attractions. We took the accessible queen room which has a double bed which I feel is a bit small for a queen bed. Room size is quite small but the bathroom is very spacious. Other room types may have bigger beds I guess.

Excellent value. Central location, polite staff, clean rooms, good hard mattress, strong water pressure in showers. All of these are trade off for relatively small rooms but honestly Tokyo hotels can be even smaller… great hotel if you plan on being outside most of the time and only go back to hotel to sleep.

The room is relatively small but it maybe normal in center of Tokyo. The facility are very new. The reception are very professional in English and friendly.

Everything was great during the stay. The location is close to many stations and at the heart of Ginza. The hotel staff were very helpful with everything.
