This is a perfect hotel for solo travellers. The rooms are small and big enough for 1 person, which is why I think it’s great for solo travellers. The hotels provides everything you could possibly need, from phone chargers to pyjamas. I couldn’t believe how amazing the facilities were. We also had a 5.3m earthquake during my stay and I felt safe knowing that the hotel was earthquake proof (new build). I do just wish the hotel would check on guests or send a message to all guests to check in on them when these things happen.

Go to Tokyo! You must stay at this Hotel Gracery Shinjuku The location is super good.
The location is very good and close to some famous attractions.
Not far from Tokyo Tower, Skytree, Sensoji Temple and Gintai
It’s about 300m from the subway
Independent space dry and wet separation
Very hygienic
Shower water pressure is strong
Mattress is medium firm
One bottle of water per person in the room
There is a kettle
We booked without breakfast
When you check in at the hotel, you will receive a welcome drink/beer.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and good value for money.

An excellent hotel with very good check in and room service. Godzilla lover! Don't miss the Godzilla gifts at reception floor and giant model at the wall building. There are eye catching posters of Godzilla from 1950s to current.
Convenient location with many restaurants and shops. 2 mins walk from train station. Centre of Tokyo. Good skyscraper cityview, room is comfortable and modern.
If you like Godzilla, you must go to 西武園遊樂園 and take an super exciting Godzilla Ride.

Awesome location and transportion! Check out the sushi joint, tempura joint and the takoyaki joint right in front of the hotel its the bomb. So many places to eat and shop. If you're with a family its totally ok during the day and early evening but it can get a little crowdy with a lot of drinking actions around the area at night time. kabukicho is awesome for a night out.

Family with 1 kid (10 years old) booked the hotel for 2 nights. Checked into the hotel at 9M on 22/12/23. Checked in process was smooth and fast! When we reached the room, we were shocked as the hotel room was smaller than our expectation. We expected to be small but it was smaller than what we expected. It was challenging to place 3 baggage (24 inches) with 2 hand carry. Opening all baggage in the room was difficult 😅. But the room and the bathroom were clean. Lobby is located at 8th floor. Staffs at the lobby and concierge are helpful and friendly. Location was very good and safe. Lots of eateries around. 7-11 was at the ground floor which was very convenient. Walking to subway and JR stations would take less than 10 minutes. Walking distance to Isetan and Takashimaya. Overall the experience of staying at the hotel is acceptable and good with the good location.
