Location is on the quieter side of Ginza. Quite a busy hotel. With public shower and small Onsen

We had a very nice stay. The room was small but arranged well. It had everything you need. We were a bit early for check-in and just wanted to store our luggage until than as our room was ready the friendly staff did check us in already though. The location is nice with a couple of metro stations nearby and reachable directly from Haneda airport, not much sightseeing in walking distance though. Can recommend for a stay in Tokyo.

Great location very near to shopping district and near by to few subway stations , great and help staff, love the public bathhouse enjoy it every night after long walk.

It's a nice cosy hotel, about 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station which is Higashi-Ginza station. Quiet surroundings which provides good rest. Walking distance to the 12 storey Uniqlo, Tsukiji Market etc. A few cafes around the area for breakfast if you did not purchase the breakfast with hotel. The only gripe I have is the front desk service by the male staff - rather curt and unhelpful. Perhaps it's language barrier but the few times I approached them on various issues like booking train tickets to Mt Fuji, luggage forwarding service, they were always "sorry we can't help you". Isn't the front desk/concierge supposed to be the best persons to assist guests on travel questions? The female staff on the other hand, have been extremely helpful, polite and friendly.

Great clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. Rooms are small but well designed. Nice play to be in Ginza. About 5min walk to metro
