No wakeup call. Alarm clock not working. Bed sheets has bad smell.

Location is excellent, near Tokyo station especially bus terminals. One more easy option for you to take bus instead of JR from airport. If you take bus, likely go though the JR station, the exit is at the end.
It’s also very convenient if you plan to take bus around Japan.
Service is warm, you can choose pillows in the ground floor. Free alcohol drinks are also offered from 4-9pm which is quite long but options are not many.
Bed is too low. It’s very easy to be disturbed if your half is waking up.

Amenities exceeded expectations such as pillow menu n free happy hours drink including sake and wines. Comfortable bed for us to recharge before the long drive after Tokyo.

Location is good as I spent only 2-3 mins walk from hotel to Narita bus stop located at Tokyo station. However, it is quite inconvenient if one want to go to convenient store at night time after 10pm because the street around was too quiet to walk by a single. The nearest convenient store is 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. When you get hungry at night time, it would be a torture.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast. Both Japanese and western style are available. Also like the coin laundry through which I could wash/dry some clothes.

This is my second stay in this hotel because of the location and shops around is really good and convenience. Super good locations to travel around in Tokyo. Look forward to next visit.
