The hotel I booked via trip.com was not ready to serve the room and did inappropriate actions for the guest. The room's floor was broken (high possibility of getting injured), and the bathroom had noted that guest had to put their toilet paper in the trash bin after use due to weak water flow. (I have a photo of that notice). And after I complained to them, the receptionist yelled at me in Korean and kicked me out once. After that, he changed his mind to avoid making their responsibility worse.
I need to get a refund. I submitted a cancellation request 3 times. But, the hotel rejected it to avoid to take their responsibility. I only stayed there for about 30 minutes to submit my cancellation request via my phone. And didn't make any mess or use any facility other than washing my hands in the sink.
