Zostałam trzy dni i pierwszego dnia byłam bardzo zawiedziona. Numer do sprzątania powiesiłam przed drzwiami zgodnie z regulaminem przed godziną 10. Po powrocie do hotelu hotel nie był sprzątnięty, pościel były ułożone, kubki nie były myte, toaleta nie była sprzątana, a ja po prostu od niechcenia zmieniałem ręczniki. Kiedy poszedłem do hotelu, aby zobaczyć tę scenę, byłem bardzo zły i bardzo rozczarowany hotelem. Poszedłem do recepcji na dole, żeby złożyć skargę. Nigdy nie widziałem japońskiego kelnera, który reagował tak wolno. Jeśli chcesz stracić panowanie nad sobą, jesteś gotów najpierw przeprosić, a jeśli masz prośbę, zrób to pierwszy. Zmień pokój, nie będzie następnym razem i w ogóle nie polecam

Ten hotel ma 4 gwiazdki na Ctrip i 3 gwiazdki na amerykańskiej stronie internetowej. Oczywiście wyjaśnij problem. Nazwa ich hotelu jest bardzo myląca. Czy rozumiesz, co oznacza Villa? ! Z okien pokoi skierowanych do wewnątrz nic nie widać, a oświetlenie jest bardzo słabe. Tym razem zatrzymałem się w 5 hotelach w Japonii i zatrzymałem się w 3 hotelach w Tokio i ten jest najgorszy. Ich śniadanie jest również bardzo słabe, nie mają nawet jaj!

Pokój był brudny i mały. Ściany są brązowe. Przypadkowo zarezerwowałem palarnię, a potem stażysta w recepcji załatwił tylko palarnię i nie musiał jej zmieniać. Zameldowanie o 15:00, wymeldowanie o 23:00, czas nie jest dobry. Najbardziej irytujące jest to, że kiedy wychodziliśmy ze sklepu, potrzebowaliśmy pomocy hotelu w rezerwacji samochodu i zgodziliśmy się uiścić opłatę serwisową w wysokości 420 jenów. W rezultacie minęło 20 minut, a recepcja była zajęta innymi sprawami bez powiadomienia... Długo prosiliśmy i mówiliśmy. To tak samo, jak nie rozumieć angielskiego i to samo, co nie znać sytuacji. Obsługa jest również słaba, kelnerzy wydają się aroganccy, zwłaszcza recepcjonistka. Jest to nieporównywalne z usługą w Osace, po raz pierwszy odbyłem specjalną podróż, aby dać złą recenzję! Zaleca się skorzystanie z objazdu.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights in late March. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Ginza and Shimbashi. It's also convenient to take a few stops to Aqua City.
There aren't many restaurants in this area, so it's advisable to do some shopping or grab a meal before heading back to the hotel.
The room provided can accommodate more than 3-4 people, but there is an additional charge of 3000 yen per person if you originally booked for two.
There is a separate toilet and bathroom, allowing for a more leisurely shower experience. One drawback of the room was the insufficient storage space for clothes, as there weren't enough cabinets or space for hanging. Additionally, the view from the lower floors overlooked the backyard of the building.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're seeking a quiet evening after exploring crowded areas.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. The proximity to Shimbashi Station makes it very convenient to get around Tokyo no matter where you want to go. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Best of all, the rooms are spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. All the hotel staff were very friendly, especially Hernandez who was very sweet and helpful. If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Hotel location was good, directly next to the train station. Hassle free get to and fro hotel with luggages. There are also come food options within 5 mins walk (there is also a sheltered/underground walkway to connect to the train station and some restaurants close by (about 3-5 mins walk) so it's quite convenient.
Rooms are slightly bigger (than usual Japan standards). Not a busy area so if you are looking for something more quiet and easy accessibly to trains (to get around the city and to Haneda airport).

This time we had one of the old rooms not renovated yet and the difference was striking with the renovated room… first there was a strong urine smell in the bathroom when we entered the room, then we discovered that some of the power outlets were broken (the only usb plug in the room and one of the power outlets). I signaled it to the staff but they said they couldn’t do anything about it… if you rent at VF Shiodome, make sure to have one of the renovated rooms.
Besides that, the open bar happy hour from 5pm to 7pm is a nice offer for people present during that time slot.
