This booking was made for someone else. A friend told me that the experience was okay, but the space was a bit cramped. It wasn't quite like a capsule hotel; it felt more like a youth hostel with narrow entryways. The space was divided by curtains, and it was too hot inside the curtains but too cold outside. I had to leave a small gap to sleep comfortably, which was rather inconvenient.

The location is quite far from Ueno Station (all JR, metro and Keisei), you should take a taxi to the place when you arrive or check out is better than drag your luggages along the road (It costs around 600¥). The hostel also have the amenities such as body shower, shampoo, hair dryer, towel, toothbrush, shower cap. Be prepared to take your luggage by yourself there is no lift and as there is a shared room so there're definitely noisy from your mates.

Good capsule hotel, as usual in capsules hotel you have to hope that the neighbours are considerate, that was unfortunately not the case when I was there but it's not the hostel fault..

두 명 예약했는데 한 명만 전산상에 등록되어 있었습니다. 그렇게 트립닷컴 매니저와 수 차례의 메일을 주고받으며 문제를 해결하려 했으나 카운터와 연락이 안 된다는 답장만 받을 뿐이었습니다.
체념하고 저녁에 호텔로 돌아가서 환불하려 하는데, 이번에는 두 명 예약건이 정상적으로 잡혀있는 겁니다. 흠.. 일단 피곤하니 올라가서 짐을 풀었습니다.
캡슐 안 쪽으로 들어가니 웅웅 거리는 진동이 끊임없이 울려서 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다.
위치는 그 어떤 호텔보다 최고라고 생각하나, 청결도와 서비스가 정말 아쉬운 호텔이었습니다.
