Recently just stay at this hotel, location is really good is between Shinjuku and Yoyogi train station, it's also less than 10mins walk to the Shinjuku area for shopping/food. Hotel staff was also helpful and friendly.

Very convenient location. Hotel room is nice and tidy. There is nice view of Shinjuku station as well.

Excellent four star hotel for the value and price. Unfortunately they no longer office concierge service to book restaurants. However staff is very nice and all speak English fluently, available 24 hours. Would recommend and return.

Excellent location in Shinjuku! It is very near to the Shinjuku JR station and bus station. The room is clean and cozy.

A 4stars hotel that not even have bottles water provide in the room, need guests to fill water at the dispenser

This review is hardest of our trip. We were of differing opinion of the Kyoto Arashiyama-Onsen Kadensho. She loved the Ryokan style of the hotel (though I was of the impression Ryokans are smaller), the room's style, the breakfast and location. While I liked much of the same I found the hotel needing a facelift. Our room was clean, so that was not an issue for us but still the rooms did show their age. We found the hotel to be noisy with families staying on the weekend nights we were there. The location is very good, too.
