Tokio – obiekty Section L

Place was spacious and clean. It was big enough for us to open our 2 big luggages and pack up comfortably. Location was good with several train lines at walking distance. Only downside of the accommodation would be the lack of heating element. I recall the bathroom to be the coldest with only the bedroom being the warmest and even so, we had to dress warmly. Other than that, all is good.

The hotel is located next to various Tokyo Metro and JR stations, including JR Okachimachi Station, Tokyo Metro Ueno-Hirokoji Station and Yushima Station. If you'd like to head to Narita by taking the Skyliner, Keisei-Ueno is only a 15-min walk. The room I booked was the basic one, but already almost 30m2. Extremely spacious in Tokyo, at least for couples. The room is already equipped with a wash-and-dry machine, a microwave, an oven, an induction cooker, a full Japanese bathroom. Cookware are also available. What more could I ask for? Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

Overall a decent stay for those who only need to cover basic necessities while in Tokyo without extra services. The hotel doesn’t offer housekeeping services but there’s everything you’d need including the washing machine and amenities at the reception. The room itself is clean and equipped with a small kitchenette. The location is ok but could be quite a challenge for first timers in Tokyo or Japan.

Lovely staffs. Clean and spacious room. We are a family of 5 but this place accommodate us well. Full equipment from washer/ dryer and kitchen. Only 3 mins walk to 7-11 which is super convenient. Definitely recommend

全新的酒店，更重要的是全新的理念，把空間優化到極致，合理的佈局，合理的放下大小兩張床，適合一家三口出行，完全不用媽媽和孩子擠一張床，實用！尤其在東京寸土寸金的位置，有如此空間的客房，實屬難得。房間各種設施也齊全，所有能想到的客人需要使用的設備一應俱全，可以説是完全站在客人的角度進行的設計和佈置，好住！還有一點就是位置方便，位於秋葉原核心區域，距離最近的地鐵站銀座線很近，附近還有JR線和其他地鐵線，距離都不遠，基本覆蓋出行需求，方便！非常推薦！

We love to stay here. We can experience like japanese life. Complete all the things that we need, cook, wash our clothes and dry in our bathroom. Amazing experience. Thank you! I will definitely book again next trip. 😊

The stay was pretty amazing and went beyond my expectations. The hotel was conveniently located, staff was very helpful and kind in helping what we need. I enjoyed myself together w my husband as part of our honeymoon together. Only thing felt bed was a little soft and too bouncy. Other than that, everything else was great. The space was good enough, the location was convenient etc.

This is the first time for me to stay at this type of the hotel for business trip. location near MRT station, supermarket is one blocks away, very close to Tokyo station, receptionists all speaking fluent English. Easy check out on iPad. Home appliance in the room allow laundry, easy cooking.. nice.. definitely come back again

The apartment has a kitchen, microwave, oven, and washing machine. The location is very quiet. There's a front desk service from 10 am to 7 pm, and the staff are friendly. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby, which is very convenient.
