Great location in the middle of the city. Rooms are large and up-to-date. OUTSTANDING!!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not clean our room or change the towels/linen. They skipped our room entirely. The room had one little trash can which got full very quickly. The bathroom design is awkward with the faucet and shower head on opposite ends of the shower. The sliding door opens on one side which is where the toilet is. The bathroom has no fan and no trash can. The hotel staff seemed confused about parking arrangements with the garage and gave conflicting information. You should be prepared to pay for breakfast or any meal because they provide nothing. We asked for recommendations for restaurants around the area and the concierge handed us a map and walked away- we have smart phones with maps. The valet guys were great and the initial 2 ladies who checked us in ON 6/4/22 around 10AM were great. The location was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Parking was expensive, but stay was worthwhile. We’re going to book our next trip to Toledo. 5 minutes from everything.

First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire building was clean. They offered valet services for $25, but you can self park in parking garage right around the corner that is attached to the hotel. We checked in late and there was no parking at the front of the hotel so we had to selfpark and then check in. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didnt utilize it during our stay. The only problem we came across was the heating system would bang, every 4 minutes! My husband wear hearing aids so he could kind of ignore it. It would constantly wake me up as soon as I would drift off. Since he was sleeping and it was very late, after midnight, I didn't notify anyone until the morning when we checked out. I didn't fall asleep until 4 because of total exhaustion and woke around 6am with a bang. The front staff said they would have maintenance check it out. They stated no one else has ever complained about it. No adjustment to the bill was offered. If I do go back, I will not stay in room 1408! That was our only issue, the bed was comfortable and the view was great.

They were doing some construction in the lobby area, but every where else was wonderful. The valet parking ($25) was super convenient and easy to navigate!

Continental breakfast which my daughter only wanted a yogurt was 10.00? Also first hotel i had to pay for parking . Definitely a want to be high scale hotel that up charges.. Better off staying @holiday inn thats 5miles away that u dont hear the elevator running 24/7..

Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable room plus a convenient location. Easy walking distance to both Mud Hens and Walleye games and food/bar options.

The lady who checked us in was quite unfriendly, she wasn't rude or anything, she was obviously highly stressed, upset or something. Didn't provide a warm friendly welcome or interaction. She didn't greet us as I expected from a higher quality hotel.
Also, there was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom for a king room. And the container for the body wash was completely empty.
