Charming hotel with excellent and attentive service. The room had a lot of storage space, was clean, and the beds were very confortable. A lot of small details made the rooms and hotel even more special. Gabriela and the other woman were very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

From first contact Leticia and her colleagues could not have been more helpful…arranging for transfers from the airport, an excellent walking guide and recommending superb places to dine. This gem of a boutique hotel in the historic heart of the beautiful city, is the perfect base for exploring Toledo. On arrival and a welcome cup of mint tea, the story of the hotel, home to famous Spanish guitarist, Paco de Lucia, was explained and we were treated to a fascinating tour of the hotel with its relaxing areas like the basement recording studio and rooftop terrace offering views across the city. So many details had been thought of to make our stay relaxing and informative and the complimentary tea and coffee station (with additional drinks available if required) was enjoyed on our daily returns from walking tours. Leisurely breakfasts were delicious and nothing was too much trouble. A highlight was the tasting menu on our first night - not to be missed and utterly delicious, prepared and served at the intimate bar so cleverly using this small space. It set high standards for the rest of our stay but recommendations for other places to eat too did not disappoint - and don’t miss Taberna Botero (recommended by our guide) for excellent tapas. With such kindness, comfort and attention to detail, it was hard to leave Entre dos Aguas when we had to return to the UK and we would love to return soon. An absolute gem of a place to stay in this fascinating city. Can’t recommend highly enough,

Precisely what a boutique property should be -- an one-of-a-kind property rich in character, with lots detail and attention to the guest experience. Bonus of there being just a handful of rooms. One of the highlights of visiting Toledo to be sure.

Gabriel was a fantastic host. when we arrived checking was fast and easy, with our room being ready. Gabriel then showed us around the hotel explaining the story behind it We dined at the restaurant which was an amazing culinary experience Would highly recommend this hotel

A very unusual hotel, it’s more like staying in someone’s home. Comfortable, clean with very friendly staff. Great location for walking to all the sights and lovely little local restaurant around the corner. Excellent breakfast, coffee wonderful!

This is a small boutique hotel dedicated to the memory of guitarist Paco de Lucìa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is charming with rooms located around a 3 story atrium. Located high up in Toledo, walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and very close to the escalator to the lower part of town.

This boutique hotel is so charming and special, beautifully restored and maintained. The manager, Alina, was so attentive as she greeted us with fresh squeezed lemonade and a tour of the house, which is open to the guests. We enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop patio and breakfast in the stunning lounge. I can not envision a more perfect place to stay in this enchanting city.

A beautiful little hotel, with historic and musical interest, set at the top of the Old Town, and surrounded by atmospheric and historical buildings. The staff are delightful and made us feel very welcome. The 3-storey courtyard is charming, as is the rooftop terrace, which affords extensive views around Toledo. Breakfast was generous, and we were delighted to be upgraded to their top room, which was light, spacious, airy and comfortable. Truly, this must be the best place to stay in Toledo, if you want to be at the centre of things.

What a great experience at this hotel. The staff, without exception was the best I have encounter on this trip. The hotel itself should be rated five stars instead of three stars. Simply outstanding in all areas.
