Immersed in the gentle charm of Wuzhen. The hotel's location is superb – close to Xizha yet wonderfully quiet. The room decor is elegant, cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is warm and inviting. It truly allowed me to experience the slow pace and beauty of the water town.

Extremely close to Wuzhen Xizha, it's about a five-minute walk to the visitor center. The room is also very spacious, and there are many dining options nearby. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The service was great! They upgraded our room for free since it was the off-season. It's really close to Xizha, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The only downside is that the room was a bit small.

The lobby was not renovated as advertised The counter lady was smoking , whole lobby smells of smoke

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the conference venue and the entrance to Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. The room was comfortable, and the bed wasn't overly soft, which made for a good night's sleep. A tip for future guests: check the bathroom window upon check-in, as it might be left open, letting in mosquitos at night. Overall, my stay was decent.

This hotel is excellent! It's right by the North Gate of Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, which made visiting the attractions incredibly convenient. The staff were very welcoming and even allowed us a late check-out, which was a huge plus!

The hotel is directly opposite Xizha, just a few steps from the scenic area's visitor center. The facilities are a bit old, the soundproofing isn't great, and the cleanliness could be improved, but the service was decent.

I'm usually not too picky about hotels, but the soundproofing at this one is terrible. I could hear the child next door crying all night, and late-returning guests talking and knocking on doors. I didn't get any sleep and ended up with a migraine. The only good thing is its proximity to the scenic area; it's right at the entrance.

The hotel's front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is also very close to the Xizha scenic area, making transportation and sightseeing very convenient.

Hotel staff is very helpful in relocating another hotel with better accommodation since this hotel is under renovation.

The hotel room is clean and situated at a very excellent location . It is just walking distance to XIZHA scenic area. Staffs are friendly and breakfast just nice. I would recommend my friend to stay in this hotel.

My children liked too much, special the bed arrangement. Reception can make communication in English.
