I’ve been extremely disappointed during the check in process, as I’ve been told that they accept only credit card and no debit. It was a big mess for me to find any credit card. And then I tried debit and it was working, very unprofessional from the stuff side.
Be ready to hear constructions from the street at 7:30 in the morning. I do NOT recommend you this hotel

I wish they had thoroughly cleaned the rooms. Except for that, the facility was relatively new compared to other hotels.

Hotel is awesome but too bad didn’t provide us the connected room. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Highly recommended to return for next time. However little disappointed about the house keeping, didn’t clean very well and didn’t changed the bed sheet was told on the third days. Overall was good location and good quality hotel.

Good location to stay in Toronto with very new hotels coming with fresh modern design,love bed and pillows provided and subway just few minutes walking close to many good restaurants and shopping areas. Will stay again next time visiting Toronto.

The hotel is modern and the location is so convenient which only takes 3 minutes walk to the subway station and less than 10 mins walk to Yonge and Bloor.

Very close to Union station. Such a cool place. It had a futuristic modern vibe. Great room decor, extremely comfortable bed and the cleanliness was impressive! The staff was top tier. We arrived at the peak of check in so expected a wait, and to our complete surprise we were given free drinks and the freshest, most delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies while we waited in the outdoor sitting area by the lobby for the rush to cool down. It was really nice to have a moment to relax in the fresh air after a long day of travelling instead of waiting in a line. Although a bit of a price splurge than our normal budget, given the opportunity we will certainly be returning.
