Great hotel, centrally located with easy access to the path.
Staff were very helpful and the room was better than expected.

I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the service top-notch, but the location is simply fantastic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend it!

There was no Wi-Fi for 3 days which was inconvenient for me and my family. The environment of the hotel was quiet and comfortable in general and my family could rest well. The location was also convenient.

I would strongly discourage considering this hotel. It is truly regrettable that the hotel staff is ignoring my politely requested basic inquiries via email. Instead of prioritizing their own convenience, they should consider finding flexible solutions to address customers' basic requests. Some staff members not even reading customer emails is a serious issue, and encountering insects in the room was quite surprising.

Very good location, very helpful hotel personnels. Room is immaculate and clean everyday. Parking super easy.

Just a run of the mill, no-frills hotel. Front desk was nice enough but don't expect any special service like a major hotel chain. They do not bring anything up to your room, they do not have any vending machines. They are very strict about their quiet policy and make you sign a waiver. Can't speak for the other rooms but our water pressure was absolutely horrendous - like dribble coming out of a baby's mouth lol. Anyway, if you are looking for a no-frills place to just spend the night this is your spot.

위치도 좋고 시설도 깔끔해서 여행 다닐때 상당히 편리함
가격 생각하면 조금 비싸다고 생각할 수 있지만 막상 유니온 역이랑 시청 다니다보면 정말 만족함

除了價格比較高，沒毛病。房間非常大，套房很舒服，客廳裏的沙發是可以變成沙發床的。衞生間乾濕分離，洗面台很大，還有化粧鏡。有簡單的吧枱，有微波爐和小冰箱、咖啡機，還有餐桌。服務態度很好。
