Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my room was not ready despite the agreed-upon check-in time. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the non-functional TV in the room, adding to the disappointment of our stay. Seeking an explanation for the delay, I approached the manager, Saudi, only to be met with a level of hostility and unprofessionalism that was unexpected and unacceptable.
Despite voicing my frustration politely, I was taken aback by the defensive and dismissive attitude displayed by Saudi. It was evident that my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of addressing the issue, I was made to feel unwelcome and insignificant.
What struck me most was not just my own experience, but the realization that other guests had faced similar issues, as highlighted in previous reviews. It is disheartening to see a pattern of poor service persisting despite feedback from customers.
