ホテルの立地や、車パーキングの状況は全く良くなかった。
毎回チャージされたり、
ウーバーも中まで入れなかったり、

Vielle hôtel construit dans les années 80, aucun rafraichissement depuis, les salles de bains sont sombre avec des lumières d'un autre temps, les moquettes sent le poids des années, Les femmes de chambre adorables, les personnel de l'accueil glaciales, climatiseurs directement dans les chambres et très brouillant, insonorisant des chambres inéxistants, on entendait la TV de la chambre d'à coté...Lit confortable. Parking payant à 11$ la nuit, les chargeurs pour voitures électriques sont tous en panne. Hôtel dans un quartier très industriel, aucun commerce proche, il faut absolument une voiture. Assez proche de l'aéroport LAX (environ 20 minutes). Je n'irai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

The Fire alarm went off at 12:30am the first time. It went off several time after that. I ended up checking out at 5:30am unable to get any sleep with the alarm going off. I was told that it was kids pulling the alarm and that they are short staffed so could stop them from continuing to do so through out the night. They offered my points if I opened an IHG account. I would never stay there again….

The front desk check-in person was rude and obnoxious.
Note: They charge $4.50 for coffee in the lobby, which I find rediculous. Every other IHG property offer it for free.
