Awful hotel If you must stay because it’s cheap don’t pay for any food, the food at the buffet was COLD and only just edible. I left without trying the breakfast. I was charged 1.5 Euros for a small cup of milk so I could make some tea only to find there’s no facilities in the room to do so

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Wohnblocks und es gibt eigentlich keine Infrastruktur. Am nicht so weit entfernten Strand gibt es genau eine Bar. Das Hotel ist schon älter, was wohl dazu führt, dass die Zimmer eher groß sind und es eine Badewanne gibt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht stilvoll und das Einzelbett ist sehr unbequem. Balkon war ok. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war mäßig. Kein Salchichon, kein Chorizo, keine Sobrasada und natürlich auch kein S*****en. Vollautomat vermutlich mit löslichem Kaffee, so dass es keinen Espresso gibt. Dem Frühstück entgeht man nicht, es ist immer enthalten. Den Preis von 44 Euro für dieses 3-Sternehotel empfinde ich als hoch. Im Sommer hat man Strand und Pool.

Zatrzymałem się w tym hotelu w dniach 13–22 czerwca. Dałem trochę czasu przed napisaniem recenzji, ponieważ uważam, że lepiej jest zastanowić się nad nią po tygodniu lub dwóch. Hotel i pokoje są czyste, pierwsze wrażenie z recepcji było dobre. Windy prowadzące do pokoi są bardzo stare, ale działają dobrze. Pokoje proste, ale znowu czyste, pościelone łóżka i codziennie świeże ręczniki, co było miłe. Ale sypialniom przydałaby się aktualizacja. Są małe i brakuje im półki na walizki, jak w większości hoteli. Albo nawet rozkładany uchwyt na walizkę byłby dobry. Brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Brak pakietu powitalnego wyjaśniającego informacje na temat hotelu/obiektów/obszaru. Recepcjonista nic nam nie powiedział, kiedy się meldowaliśmy, chociaż wiem, że było już późno i wydawał się wyczerpany. Musieliśmy więc pytać i dowiadywać się o różnych rzeczach sami. Sejf do pokoju kosztuje 35 euro plus depozyt w wysokości 20 euro, co jest bardzo strome. Większość hoteli, szczególnie z opcją all inclusive, uwzględnia tę opcję. Jedzenie nie było dla mnie takie złe. Moim ulubionym śniadaniem było zawsze śniadanie, ponieważ zawsze był tam różnego rodzaju ciasta, które mi odpowiadały. Było też kilka dań na ciepło, chleb do tostów, płatki zbożowe itp. Lunch i kolacja były prawie takie same. Zawsze dostępne frytki, 2 rodzaje zwykłego makaronu i sosy. Zwykle kilka różnych gotowanych dań, ryż, różne sałatki i pieczywo. Tak, zwykle jedzenie było tylko letnie, ale była kuchenka mikrofalowa. Bar z przekąskami znajduje się w tym samym miejscu, od 11:00 do 12:20, a następnie od 16:00 do 18:00 lub mniej więcej w tym samym miejscu. Burgery, frytki, nuggetsy z kurczaka, kanapki. Mogliby bardziej skoncentrować się na oferowaniu lepszych opcji deserowych, ale mamy to, co zrobiliśmy. Napoje all inclusive były dobre, ale niektóre koktajle nie były smaczne i nie były świeże z maszyny. Automat z napojami bezalkoholowymi zepsuł się kilka razy, ale został naprawiony w ciągu kilku godzin. Personel był przyjazny, chociaż niektórzy z nich nie mówili zbyt dobrze po angielsku, więc trudno było się porozumieć. Wydaje się, że pracują bardzo długo, ale myślę, że to norma w okresie świątecznym. Basen - niezbyt duży i pełen much. Basen jest prawdopodobnie obszarem wymagającym największej aktualizacji. Basen jest za mały w stosunku do ilości gości. W ciągu ostatnich 2 lub 3 dni zostało przejęte przez lokalne grupy szkolne i nikt inny nie mógł z niego korzystać, ponieważ było pełno nastolatków bez opieki. Obowiązuje zasada zakazu dmuchańców, jednak nie jest ona egzekwowana, przez co miejsca jest jeszcze mniej. Fontanna stoi nieużywana, brzydka, a 2 mniejsze baseny są całkiem bezużyteczne. Byłoby lepiej z jednym dużym basenem. Poza tym trawa, wszystkie żywopłoty i krzaki nie pozwalały na spokojne opalanie się, bez ciągłych ataków much. Dostałem kilka ukąszeń na nogach, które bardzo swędziały. Lepiej by było je wyłożyć płytkami i usunąć krzaki. Rozrywka też była dużym minusem. Bar w pokoju wewnętrznym z rozrywką nigdy nie był otwarty. Nagrodą w bingo był dzbanek koktajlu. Czego byśmy chcieli w ramach opcji all inclusive? I znowu angielski animatorów nie był dobry. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to mi się podoba

Basen jest cały czas ogrodzony, co nie sprawia, że ​​hotelowy basen wygląda przyjemnie. Jedzenie jest zimne, chociaż jest kuchenka mikrofalowa. Jedzenie składa się codziennie z wieprzowiny i kurczaka lub makaronu. W ogóle nie ma dużego wyboru. Paski AI od 11 do 11 na zewnątrz. Nie ma tam żadnego baru, ale nigdy nie był on otwarty. Pokoje OK, ale drzwi patio nie zamykały się. W sumie ja/my nie pojedziemy ponownie. Również około 30 minut spacerem do placu. Nie mogę winić personelu, był cudowny.

Definitely NOT a 4* hotel. Refurbished rooms are nicely decorated and modern. That's only positive point. Staff are not friendly or welcoming, if staying all inclusive as we were, they really can't be bothered with you. If queues at the bar,they serve paying customers before all inclusive,for example. Crappy small plastic cups if all inclusive for drinks.Not good selection or standard of food, very basic. We're not fussy eaters but had to eat out most days unless you want chicken nuggets,chips or sausages. Plenty of beds round the pool but they had to be the most uncomfortable sun beds I've ever lay on. Entertainment non existent unless you want to play bingo in Spanish. 2 minutes walk to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Personally wouldn't recommend this hotel and definitely won't be back.

Jairol accommodated us very well he was a great host to bingo and really made the crowd laugh I would defiantly recommend him as a host he really interacted with the crowd the crowd and made everyone laugh constantly we were here for a week and he gave us the best of service

Very disappointed to begin it has not had a refurbishment and is not finished either as I was told in emails before confirming the booking (I booked direct). The only areas decorated are those shown in the pictures, the rest of the hotel is very very run down. It is not able to cater for English families or kids. Most of the kids programme that’s on the board is non existent and one of the animation team does not speak or engage with the English speaking kids. Rooms decorated but very small and all 4 people on single camp beds (not what is shown in the pictures). Food was basically the same each day but lots to choose from and lots of fresh salad. The pool bar and entertainment stage was a work in progress, so I hike into the hotel every time you want a drink by the pool, but apparently when it does open main bar will close so always only 1 bar open at a time There are no towels provided for the loungers and they are very uncomfortable plastic slotted loungers (I would imagine they are supposed to have a sponge layer over) with no tables or umbrellas provided. The Loungers are stacked and you’re supposed to lift your own off these are never hosed down and are dirty from last season. We had a couple of days at the beginning of the holiday with bad rain so looked for the tv and games room to be told they aren’t in use when we found they are being filled office workers for the hotel which made for a couple of tough days. The bar staff were lovely but at times under a lot of pressure because generally only 1 staff at a time. The pool looks unwelcoming with a fence around it, they opened part of it after I asked was it open as no one had used it, it ranges from 110-165cm and does not have a lifeguard The hotel is a perfect location to the beach, shops, train and bus services. Evening entertainment is bingo every night I did push my areas of concern and met with the manager Oliver who accepted my issues and is trying to make changes. Our friends were staying in a cheaper hotel just up puente real and this was more like a resort with kids entertainment all day, big stages, foam parties, music and just general a**osphere I was gutted when we called into their hotel to see the difference

I have recently stayed at this hotel and found that a lot of recent reviews have been incredibly harsh. The redecorated rooms are fabulous, with wonderful hot powerful showers. There is a relatively wide variety of food available, and if at lunch time you want something more than a snack try the restaurant where there is full array of dishes. The drink quality for an All Inclusive hotel is good (beer San Miguel) and the staff we encountered were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is located really close to the beach, and a few bars and restaurants, though it will take about 20 minutes to walk into Torremolinos town. It is a quiet laid back hotel with multi national guests. The WIFI was a good strength and we could stream films and browse the internet with no issues. I do appreciate that there are a couple of minor issues which I’m sure will be addressed in the future, but overall we did enjoy our weeks break here.
