Friendly hotel with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Old rooms but clean. Available breakfast. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all nearby.

리셉션에 계신 사장님? 직원? 분이 너무 친절하시고 수영장이랑 정원을 너무 이쁘게 가꿔 두었습니다, 해변과도 걸어서 10분이내로 너무 가깝구요
숙소 상태도 좋았어요

A gem of an hotel. It has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. A lovely place to sit. The staff were all genuinely kind and caring and made me feel "very at home". Mercedes was friendly and warm and we had a few lovely chats. As a single traveller it is always good to have a good conversation. The guests were all considerate too. A peaceful place to be. My room overlooked the gardens opposite which were beautiful with jacaranda and bougainvillea in abundance. A handy location to be. The room was beautifully clean and the bedding beautifully fresh. I can't fault this hotel. I have stayed previously several years ago. Thank you everyone for a great few days stay.

This was my 2nd birthday stay at the lovely Carmen Teresa in Montemar. The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly. On reception and bar service there is Nicola, Mercedes, Ishmael, A/line and Jose. They were all very kind to me during my stay. I felt safe and comfortable. Muchas Gracias to you all. LL X

Another great stay at Carmen Teresa staff are so helpful and friendly . Rooms ideal close to beach and all facilities. You can get food now and it makes for a nice evening by the pool and gardens. Would really recommend this hotel . Malaga airport only twenty minutes away. We will be back soon 😀 Michael and Karen

Our second time staying in this gem of a hotel . We stayed for our Anniversary when we checked in there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us . Special touch on behalf of Mercedes and her fantastic team . Hotel l is spotless . Beautiful well attended to gardens . Everything was perfect . We will be back again . Marian /Richard from Ireland

I have stayed at this hotel on three previous occasions having read other peoples reviews. The only thing I would like to add is they have a fantastic choice of TV channels. All English ones are there as well which is unusual. You normally just get the news otherwise all the reviews I have read are accurate, on my experience .

Just returned from 5 nights at this lovely hotel. We stayed in room 210 which has views over the garden and pool. Hotel is immaculate throughout and well run by Mercedes and her team. Bus stop outside and easy walk to the beach. Mercedes very helpful with travel tips and booking local tours. Highly recommended.
