I visited with a group of friends, 5 of us in total, first group holiday, the hotel was really clean, lots of available sun beds and the pool was also clean. The hotel offers no amenities like food or entertainment but is clear when you book it, just a standard self catering room, came with a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster etc, the rooms were really clean but again really basic but expected from the price we paid so can’t complain. The location was perfect, next to the sea front lots of bars and restaurants and we found loads to do , there was something for everyone, there was a SPAR type shop just outside the hotel for getting bread, butter and basic food items we could cook back in the room which was nice, I’m not sure what type of room we had but it had 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, the room was absolutely massive, lots of room around for us all and we didn’t feel cramped by all means. I’d definitely come back for a cheap getaway with a group of friends, you get what you pay for, really enjoyed our stay 👍🏻

We have been going to these apartments for 4 years and have never had a complaint. They always try and accommodate any requests, rooms and outside areas always clean. Close to beach and bars, Tahiti at end of road very good and friendly. We had a very enjoyable holiday and will definitely be back.

We booked a wheelchair friendly apartment, this was situated on the ground floor. Ground Floor is situated below street level, access is gained by a little lift that takes you down to the ground floor. Lift is only bigger enough for the wheelchair and its user. Check - in was nice and simple and we were issued with 2 cards to access the apartment. Apartment was very spacious, door to the apartment opens outwards. Nice little sitting area at the front looking out at the pool. Apartment has plenty of space and is easy to move around in. Kitchen has plenty of cutlery etc. Fridge is small but was ok for us, you would want it bigger if you were self catering and eating in. Bathroom was set up as a wet room, a stool was supplied, We had hired a shower commode so did not use the stool. Shower was powerful and did what you expected it to do. Shower curtain did stick to you though! Bedroom had twin beds, we had to move them slightly so that my wife could get her wheelchair alongside the bed so that she could transfer to the bed.

We went for 11 nights at the end of May and having read reviews decided to book here.We have stayed in Benalmádena a couple of times but fancied a change and looked for somewhere in La Carihuela/Montemar area. When we arrived we liked what we seen the pool area was nice and the checking in was very quick and we were given the keycards for our room. We had booked a Standard Studio but on first impression the room was very small compared to the others in the building. We were in the corner on the 5th floor it was overlooking the pool and the balcony was a decent size. The room is a bit dated compared to the others in the building that we seen.The shower is good and plenty of power in it. You don’t have to worry about towels as they are changed every other day when they clean the rooms.If we were to book here again I think we would get a superior studio or a One bedroom apartment.

The apartment is very very central to everything it’s v clean and v v quiet if want relaxation. However the studios are ridiculously small I booked a superior one thinking I’d have bit xtra room but u couldn’t swing a cat !! The view was back of building and looking at a side street no holiday feel at all. The studio was also v dated If u choose to stay here for prime location DO NOT BOOK STUDIO and don’t stay with kids or teens as pool small and v quiet The one bed did look spacious and had good balcony when we passed

Apartments need upgrading. Beware that studio rooms to rear of hotel with tiny balcony & no view. We upgraded to 1 bed apartment costs €200. Lots of building work when we visited, pneumatic drilling all day, staff are not approachable very rude. Room’s desperate for upgrade especially kitchen & bathroom. See photos. Microwave was glossed inside, balcony tiles uneven, sink falling off wall, limescale on shower head, old extensions. Just very old fashioned & poor standards. I would avoid better accommodation available in area. Also no rep to complain to if you book with easy jet, have to email & wait 48 hours for response.

We have stayed afew years ago. And found it pretty decent for location & price So we returned for 4 night stay. Nice and quiet, clean and good price for what you get. Our biggest complaint is no money has been spent on the bathrooms upgrade. We were in room 305 superior twin room. They still have a shower over the bath which can be very difficult getting in & out if you are of a certain age! Also the toilet was so close to the bath you had to physically sit side ways on. The hotel has upgraded the pool and area around it but bathrooms desperately need walk in showers and a good make over. But remember it is only 2star.

We stayed here the end of April 2024. The location was excellent and the cleaners came in every other day. The mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were just as bad. I did ask if they could change rooms but their customer service was appalling , saying they were fully booked when two couples were waiting to be picked for for the airport run, leaving two rooms free.

Not the 1st time we have stayed here and not the last.excellent location close to bars restaurants beach & public transport,spacious apartments,very clean and value for money. Staff were very friendly & very helpful.cannot fault these apartments one bit.
